Diagnosis of the Finance operation (including the SSC) and planning for the migration of the ERP to the latest version (R12 Oracle). The project included the identification of opportunities, the business case, and presentation to the Executive Committee.


Approach

A diagnosis of the Finance Operation (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Taxes, Treasury, Planning, Accounting and Closing, Consolidation, Control, etc.) was conducted.

The diagnosis included:

Identification of manual activities that could be automated.

Comparison against best practices.

Identification of improvements between the current process and tool versus migration to the new version of Oracle R12.
